Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
Your MetLife EAP through Telus Health provides you and your dependents 24/7 support, resources and information to help you with all of life's challenges. Offering confidential counseling services, financial guidance, and resources for maintaining a healthy work-life balance, our EAP aims to provide a holistic approach to employee wellness. Your program includes up to five in-person, phone or video consultations with licensed counselors for you and your eligible household members per year. 401(k)
All colleagues are eligible to enroll in our 401(k) Plan through Principal as early as their hire date. Enrollment in the plan can be completed by going to Principal and setting up your account. You can contribute up to 100% of pay on a pre-tax and/or post-tax basis up to the IRS limit. The limit on colleague elective deferrals to a retirement plan for the plan year 2025 is $23,500 and the catch-up contribution permitted for individuals over the age of 50 is an additional $7,500.
Convergint will match 50% on the eligible colleague’s first $7,000 contribution. Colleagues are 100% vested in the funds they contribute to their 401(k) account.
Hearing (VSP TruHearing®)
TruHearing is a discount medical organization that contracts with a national network of audiologists and hearing instrument specialists for discounts on state-of-the-art digital hearing aids. Colleagues and their dependents are eligible if enrolled in Convergint’s vision insurance plan through VSP. If a member already has a hearing aid benefit, this special offer can be combined with their existing benefit to maximize their benefit and reduce their out-of-pocket expense.

Parental Leave
All regular full-time colleagues are eligible for paid parental leave immediately upon hire. Birthing parents are eligible for 12 weeks of paid parental leave immediately following birth for both medical recovery from birth and to care for or bond with their newborn child.
