Benefits Enrollment
Enrollment is your opportunity to review, adjust, and optimize your benefits to support a healthier and more secure future for you and your family.

Enrollment Information
Our number one goal is to be our customers’ best service provider, but in order to take care of others, you have to take care of yourself. To help you be the healthiest “you” that you can be, we offer our colleagues a comprehensive benefits program. During the enrollment period, you’ll have the chance to select from a variety of offerings, each of which is intended to boost your health and wellbeing.
Colleagues can enroll in benefits during the Open Enrollment period, within your first 30 days of hire, or within 30 days of a Qualifying Life Event.
What is a Qualifying Life Event?
Qualifying life events are significant life events that allow individuals to make changes to their health insurance coverage outside of the regular enrollment period. Examples of qualifying life events include marriage, divorce, birth or adoption of a child, and loss of health insurance coverage. If you experience a qualifying life event, notify Convergint within 30 days of the event.
