Who is eligible for benefits?
Regular full-time colleagues who work a minimum of 30 weekly hours a week are eligible for benefits 30 days after their date of hire, or after a Qualifying Life Event. Part-time colleagues and temporary colleagues are eligible for 401(k) contributions.
What is a Qualifying Life Event?
Qualifying life events are significant life events that allow individuals to make changes to their health insurance coverage outside of the regular enrollment period. Examples of qualifying life events include marriage, divorce, birth or adoption of a child, and loss of health insurance coverage. If you experience a qualifying life event, notify Convergint within 30 days of the event.

Where can I add or remove a dependent?
Login to ADP to view your benefits. The Manage Dependents page is where you can add/view/edit your dependents and beneficiaries. Select “Add dependent or beneficiary” to add a new dependent/beneficiary. Click the 3‐dot action icon to view/edit an existing dependent/beneficiary.

For Convergint colleagues, login to iColleague to view your benefits and update your beneficiaries.
Where can I add or remove a dependent?
For Convergint colleagues, from the iColleague home page select Myself > Personal > Contacts to add or edit dependent information. Be sure to save your changes.
